What makes Trinity MRI Different?
An MRI scan is far more than a “ button-pushing” exercise . It is a blend of technology, operator proficiency, sequence selection, and interpretive experience.
At Trinity MRI, we have the strongest commercially available magnet ( Philips 3.0T ). This is fully specified for evaluation of disorders of the head, neck, and spine, offering advanced imaging tools such as spectroscopy, perfusion imaging, tractography and (recently added) functional MRI.
Our technical team , including New Zealand's most experienced 3.0T MRI radiographer, continually adjusts and improves the MRI sequences we use to produce a comprehensive examination.
In contrast to some centres, scans are planned and reported by a specialist neuroradiologist only. Drs McGuinness, Moriarty and Hope work as diagnostic and inteventional neuroradiologists at Auckland Public Hospital. Their case supervision ensures high levels of diagnostic accuracy and reduced time-to-diagnosis.
For patients, we have easy access, free undercover parking, and spacious facilities. Being a single-modality site, we are quiet and uncluttered. The care, comfort, and confidentiality of your patients is paramount to us.
Referring doctors receive same-day reports and can specify preferred means of image delivery (memory stick, film, DVD). Scans can also be viewed by referring doctors on our high-speed internet-based archiving system.
Trinity MRI aims to provide the best possible service to you and your patients. For examples of our imaging, please go to the “case studies” section.
