InteleViewer

InteleViewer is software for Healthcare Professionals who are registered in New Zealand. InteleViewer runs on both PCs and Macs (OS 10.6 and newer) and is free of charge. Download links and Instructions are below, and you can access the PACS portal to the right.

Download the appropriate version:

  • Apply for Account

    To be able access your patients’ images and reports online, click below to access our PACS portal, and then click on ‘Apply for Account’.

  • Visit the PACS portal

Instructions

Once you have applied for an account at our PACS portal, you will need to follow the instructions below (or download them as a PDF) to set up your access:

  1. Run the downloaded file, accepting the defaults settings during installation
  2. Run InteleViewer and click Edit Bookmarks
  3. Click Add and enter the following details:
    • Server URL: https://pacs.trinitymri.co.nz
  4. Enter your username and password and click the login arrow
  5. If this is your first log in, you may need to accept a confidentiality agreement. Click InteleBrowser to begin this
  6. When prompted, enter your username and password and click the login arrow
  7. To accept the confidentiality agreement click I Agree
  8. Close this window and re-open InteleViewer
  9. Enter your username and password and click the login arrow
